Prizes: Each award consists of a subsidy of 5000 US$.

 

The Caixin Sun & Stan Grzybowski Award has been established in 2017 through an agreement between IEEE International Conference on High Voltage Engineering and Applications (ICHVE) and IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS). The funds have been contributed by the Caixin Sun Foundation of Education at Chongqing University, China.

The nomination letter shall be submitted by a third person who will elaborate on how he/she has known the candidate and his/her achievements for qualifying with regards to the award scope. This letter should be accompanied by at least two endorsement letters issued by persons also acquainted with the candidate’s achievements.

The nomination file should consist of a detailed CV of the candidate, as well as a statement whereby he/she commits himself/herself to participate to the award ceremony, if he/she is awarded the prize. The ceremony will be held during 2018 ICHVE in September 2018 in Athens, Greece. It shall be submitted electronically to the Chair of the Award Committee, Prof. Stanislaw Gubanski (stanislaw.gubanski@chalmers.se) before 1 November, 2017. An acknowledgement will be sent to the nominator upon reception of the nomination.
