Mission Statement
The tasks of the DEIS educational committee are related to all educational aspects of dielectrics relevant for electrical insulation, actuation, and sensing. The committee thus fosters and creates offerings that help to disseminate knowledge on all levels and supports collaboration between DEIS members amongst each other and with the engineering and scientific community.
Prime target audience is the DEIS-community at large, i.e., professional, academic and student members. But as electric insulation questions are relevant for many power and energy applications, the educational resources should be of use also for members of other societies.
