Keep your proposal anonymous

Write your IEEE Student membership code in the dialog.

Upload your proposal as an attachment, using a PDF file.

The proposal should be as anonymous as possible to avoid a biased evaluation. To do that,

1. The proposal will contain the title and the technical description of the project. Please, do not insert University logos, personal names, etc. Submissions contain personal names, affiliation logos or names will be immediately rejected.

2. Bibliography. Self-citation is pretty normal. To avoid the possibility of being identified, please leave blank the citations of your work. As an example:

Please, be aware that if you do not follow the guidelines above and make yourself or your affiliation identifiable, your proposal might be excluded.
