Nanodielectrics Technical Committee

Nanodielectrics Technical Committee

Technical Committee Chair

Mark Winkeler

Main Objectives of the Technical Committee

  • To follow and assist the emergence of the field of nanodielectrics, which includes different material phases and conductivities,
  • To gather data and order it, as to provide a status of emerging data and/or a need for missing data
  • To assess the potential of these materials and material systems for enhanced performance of existing electrotechnical applications
  • To assess the potential of these materials and material systems for enhanced performance of existing electrotechnical applications
  • To determine the major stakes and/or issues related to the field, and thus, propose some developments or mitigative approaches
  • To entertain strong relations with scientific, technical, and standards-related groups
  • To disseminate our work, results, and knowledge about nanodielectrics
  • To design guidelines and standards, if need be
