“Electrical Insulation Challenges for Transport Electrification”

Join us for the 2026 edition of the DEIS Summer School, dedicated to the materials, manufacturing, qualification, and reliability challenges of electrical insulation for next‑generation transport systems.
The program includes lectures, group activities, workshops, and networking events, covering:
- Chemistry of polymeric insulation
- Challenges in electric motors, cables, and power electronics
- Degradation mechanisms, testing, and reliability
- Industrial visit to Loccioni, wine tasting, and social dinner
A unique opportunity for young researchers, PhD students, and professionals to deepen their knowledge and collaborate in an inspiring environment.
A dedicated young professionals event is planned, together with a poster session in which PhD students will have the opportunity to present their research activities.
