AdCom manages the affairs of the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS). It is made up of 18 members-at-large, plus ex-officio members. Each year 6 members-at-large are elected to serve a 3-year term on the DEIS AdCom. The ballot for election of the 6 Members-at-Large who will begin their service in 2014 starts on 13th August 2013.
Ballots were mailed and emails with election information were sent 13 August 2013 to all Higher Grade IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society Members (excluding Affiliates and Students) whose memberships were effective prior to 20 July 2013.
